Pricing & plans

How does pricing work?

Free Forever covers up to 25 active members at no cost. For larger communities, pricing is handled manually by our team: submit a request, and we will get back to you within 1–2 business days to confirm pricing and arrange payment before your portal is set up. No online checkout or credit card required for paid plans.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Contact us and we will adjust your plan and billing accordingly.

What happens when I hit the member limit?

Once you're at your member limit you cannot approve or add anyone further until you've upgraded your plan or your quota is raised — that's enforced in the portal. The system notifies you as you're getting close so you can plan ahead. Approved members aren't affected and keep full access throughout.

Are household members counted within the main member?

Yes. Your limit includes every profile in the community — not only one “head of household.” Dependants, others in the household, and deceased relatives you keep on file each use a member slot; they are not folded in for free under a single main account.

Do members need to pay individually?

No. The subscription covers the entire community. Individual members join for free — they just need the family code and admin approval.

Can we host it on our own domain?

Yes. A custom domain can be arranged for an additional fee. Mention it when you request pricing so setup and any recurring charges can be included in your quote.

Privacy & your community

Is our data really private?

Yes. Each community gets its own isolated portal. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Only approved members can see the directory, and every admin action is logged in a tamper-evident audit trail.

Can we import our existing member list?

Yes. All plans include bulk CSV import. Upload your existing spreadsheet and the system creates an account for each imported member automatically.
