All names, profiles, and personal details appearing in Famgrid demos, screenshots, marketing materials, and example communities are entirely fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental.Famgrid and its operators accept no responsibility or liability for any such resemblance. Member data within live communities is entered and managed solely by community administrators and their members.
Famgrid(“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates a private family directory platform. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have in relation to it.

Famgrid serves family communities across multiple countries. Your data may be stored on servers located in a different country from where you reside. Famgridis provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Famgrid and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
